Delivery time may vary and depend on destination but is normally within 2-4 business days for Sweden, 4-7 business days for EU an 5-10 days for international orders.
Shipping
When buying Re-direction jewelry, we ship by standard letter within Sweden. If trackable (spårbart) or rek is desired contact us on info@re-direction.net.
Returns and claims

If you for any reason would like to return or exchange on the item you have purchased please contact us on info@re-direction.net within 14 days from delivery
In case of return or exchange costs are paid by customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake by our account.
